IBV (Infectious Bronchitis) caused by Coronavirus leading to coughing and Wrinkled eggshells.
ILT(Infectious Laryngotracheitis) caused by Herpesvirus leading to Bloody Mucus.
Mycoplasma Gallisepticum (MG) seen in Turkey and passed to chicks via hatching eggs.
CRD is Chronic Respiratory Disease is seen in backyard fowls leading to Snuffing, Sneezing, Coughing, etc.

There is another disease as New Castle Disease caused by a virus may lead to Respiratory problems along with Green watery diarrhea.
